Welcome to Lotus Home Appliance Service. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our repair services and our website. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Business Identity & MSME Registration

Lotus Home Appliance Service is a legally registered Sole Proprietorship in India, dedicated to providing expert home appliance repair solutions.

  • MSME Udyam Registration: UDYAM-TN-32-0095705

  • Registered Office: No 212, Kadambankulam Post, Sorikulam, Pirandangulam, Virudhunagar – 626001.

2. Independent Service Provider Disclosure (Strict Policy)

Lotus Home Appliance Service is an INDEPENDENT service center. * We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any specific brand or manufacturer (such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej, Bosch, IFB, etc.).

  • Any brand names, logos, or trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes to show which appliances we are capable of repairing.

  • Warning: Choosing an independent repair service may void your original manufacturer’s warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their warranty status before booking our service.

3. Use of Illustrative & AI-Generated Images

To maintain our independent identity and protect the intellectual property of manufacturers, we do not use official brand marketing photos.

  • Illustrative Purpose: Some images on this website are generic or AI-generated for illustrative purposes only. They are used to represent categories of appliances (Refrigerators, ACs, Washing Machines) and do not represent a specific brand or model.

  • Appearance: The actual appliance serviced may differ in appearance from the representative images shown on this site.

  • Transparency: We do not use official manufacturer logos within our imagery to avoid consumer confusion.

4. Service Estimates & Visiting Fees

  • We provide doorstep service in Virudhunagar, Paramakudi, Sivagangai, and Ramanathapuram.

  • A Visiting/Inspection Fee is charged for every technician visit, regardless of whether a repair is performed.

  • A final estimate for parts and labor will be provided after the technician inspects the appliance. Work will only begin after the customer’s verbal or written approval.

5. Warranty & Refund Policy

  • Service Warranty: We provide a limited 30-day warranty (unless stated otherwise on the invoice) on the specific parts replaced and the labor performed.

  • Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by power surges, physical damage, water damage, or if the appliance is opened/repaired by another person after our visit.

  • Refunds: As we provide professional manual labor, we do not offer cash refunds once the service is completed. If a replaced part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no extra cost.

6. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the service. We accept:

  • Cash

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Bank Transfers

7. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Home Appliance Service and N Muthu are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as food spoilage or water damage) arising from the use or failure of the appliance after the repair is completed. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
